Ben spent much of his youth employed on a large feedlot in the Chatham area. In 1986 he started at Dordt college in Sioux Center, Iowa where he pursued a degree in Animal Science. During his four years in Iowa he was also employed at the Dordt College Dairy where he primarily worked in the feeding program. While in Iowa, Ben spent 3 years employed by Feed Flavours performing research. In 1990 he graduated and returned to Ontario where he started a career with Belisle Scientific Concentrates soon to become BSC. After years of working primarily with Swine sales, Ben has since branched into Poultry and Ruminant sales. The Dekker family also maintains a small 60 sow, farrow to wean, barn at home. |

After University, Stuart spent 7 years working in various management positions at Cold Springs Farms in their Turkey production department. In 2003, Stuart joined BSC specializing in Swine and Poultry Sales. |

Colin has over 20 years of experience in the dairy industry, which includes 10 years of managing the Ridgetown College dairy herd. He has also worked as an Agriculture Equipment Sales Representative and is committed to the community with 25 years of 4-H service. Currently he resides in Ridgetown with his wife Margaret and their 5 children. Colin's primary focus at BSC is on improving profitability and livestock health for Ruminant producers. |

Beate was born in Germany. She received her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Applied Science in Nuertingen, while gaining on farm work experience. Under the direction of Prof. Dr. G. Schwarting, Beate wrote a thesis titled “The Use of Rapeseed Bypass Protein in Dairy Nutrition”. She also worked for six years as an Assistant Grower at Suntastic Hothouse where she specialized in Biological Insect Control. Beate lives in Exeter with her husband Steve and son Reeze. |
