Peter started working as a Technical Representative for Belisle Scientific Concentrates in the spring of 1987 after graduating from the University of Guelph with a degree in Animal Science. Stuart graduated from the University of Guelph in 1997 with a degree in Animal Science, having concentrated on Nutrition. After University, Stuart spent 7 years working in various management positions at Cold Springs Farms in their Turkey production department. In 2003, Stuart joined BSC specializing in Swine and Poultry Sales. |

Ben spent much of his youth employed on a large feedlot in the Chatham area. In 1986 he started at Dordt college in Sioux Center, Iowa where he pursued a degree in Animal Science. During his four years in Iowa he was also employed at the Dordt College Dairy where he primarily worked in the feeding program. While in Iowa, Ben spent 3 years employed by Feed Flavours performing research. In 1990 he graduated and returned to Ontario where he started a career with Belisle Scientific Concentrates soon to become BSC. After years of working primarily with Swine sales, Ben has since branched into Poultry and Ruminant sales. The Dekker family also maintains a small 60 sow, farrow to wean, barn at home. |

Jamie graduated in 1987 with a degree in Agriculture Mechanization from the University of Guelph. After graduation he ventured into pork production by leasing a farm. In 1991, he began working for Cold Springs Farms on a 425 sow, farrow to finish, purebred operation. He then purchased a 600 head finishing barn with his wife and family near Dorchester, where they currently reside. Jamie began working as a Swine Sales Representative for BSC in 1998, and has since branched into Poultry sales. |

Laura graduated from Guelph University in Spring 2009, with a strong focus on dairy nutrition and management. While at Guelph, she thoroughly enjoyed participating in the Dairy Challenge where she toured and analyzed farms of all sizes across Canada and the U.S. In summers and weekends, she worked at the Ponsonby Research Station milking and feeding. Laura grew up on a dairy farm in southern Perth County where she currently resides and helps on the farm.

Colin has over 20 years of experience in the dairy industry, which includes 10 years of managing the Ridgetown College dairy herd. He has also worked as an Agriculture Equipment Sales Representative and is committed to the community with 25 years of 4-H service. Currently he resides in Ridgetown with his wife Margaret and their 5 children. Colin's primary focus at BSC is on improving profitability and livestock health for Ruminant producers. |
